David M. Woodhead
I studied at Silcoates School, Wakefield and Sheffield Hallam University, graduating in 1997 with an Upper Second Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Land Economics. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999.
My previous roles include working as a graduate surveyor for Weatherall Green & Smith (now Sanderson Weatherall) and then as a qualified General Practice surveyor working for Vickers Orriss.
I joined Woodhead Investments & Developments Services Ltd in 2001 and became a Director / Company Secretary. Whilst this involves a variety of property management skills, I now specialise in rent review and lease renewal negotiations and the acquisition of residential, commercial and agricultural property.
My current personal interests include swimming, shooting, travelling abroad and playing golf. I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC), Yorkshire Shooting Centre and Wakefield Rifle and Pistol Club. I am a very proud father of Amber, Megan and William.
