Woodhead Investments is a family run property investment and development company, dealing with a varied range of retail, office, residential, industrial, and agricultural property.

Having originally practised as a Residential and Commercial Estate Agent in Wakefield, Melvyn Woodhead sold the agency in 1982 to give greater attention to Woodhead Investments.

Today, Melvyn remains responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the business as Chairman of Woodhead Investment, supported by sons Mark and David.

Mr Mark S Woodhead, Managing Director of Woodhead Investments, focuses on the day-to-day management, refurbishment, reletting and resale of residential and commercial property.
     
 

David Woodhead

Mr David M Woodhead BSc (Hons) MRICS, Company Secretary of Woodhead Investments, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1999 and now specialises in the acquisition of residential and commercial property, rent review and lease renewal negotiations.
