Woodhead Investments is a family run property investment and development company, dealing with a varied range of retail, office, residential, industrial, and agricultural property.

Whilst the portfolio is focused in and around Yorkshire, the company is extending across the North of England.

Woodhead Investments look to acquire all types of property, ideally within a 100 mile radius of it's Wakefield base.

Woodhead Investments was first incorporated in 1965 by Mr and Mrs Melvyn Woodhead and now ranks as one of Britains top 900 companies in terms of asset value.

Woodhead Investments have a variety of retail, office, industrial and residential accommodation available for sale or to let in various locations throughout the North of England.

We have office space to let from 400 sq.ft. upwards; and a number of retail units in various locations both prime and secondary. Also, industrial units from 2,000 to 10,000 sq.ft. Various flats and houses are available to rent directly from us.
In addition, we have six private car parks throughout Wakefield City Centre which afford over 200 car parking spaces available to let individually on exclusive licence agreements.
