Whilst the portfolio is focused in and around Yorkshire, the company is extending across the North of England.

Principal activities include buying and selling properties for both trading and investment purposes, refurbishment and redevelopment of premises within the company’s ownership and proactive management to enhance the overall value of the portfolio.

We look to acquire all types of property, ideally within a 100 mile radius of it's Wakefield base.

Woodhead Investments was first incorporated in 1965 by Mr and Mrs Melvyn Woodhead and now ranks as one of Britains top 900 companies in terms of asset value.
